MECOEngineering Company, Inc. has an immediate opening for an engineering technician/ inspector with experience or education in civil and municipal engineering and design. The person selected will work under the direct supervision of a licensed professional engineer in our Pittsfield, IL Office. We offer a competitive salary, healthcare benefits and a 401k plan. The successful candidate:
- Experience related to civil engineering, field work, and construction methods are all a plus
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and construction is desired
This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently and within a team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with others are necessary as you will be working directly with a variety of clients and our personnel in the firm’s five offices.
