Boonville Main Street Sidewalk Project

Assistance to city to apply for USDA-RD funding for this project to extend sidewalks south of Poplar Street, improving pedestrian safety along the busy thoroughfare and providing improved access from the residential district to a local shopping area. Project activities included route survey, design of the new 5-ft wide, ADA compliant, 4” PCC sidewalks, sidewalk and street repair as needed along project route; production of plans and specifications, contract and bidding documents in accordance with USDA-RD guidelines, assistance with bidding (attendance at bid opening/bid tabulation), and complete construction phase services.

Jefferson City Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department Multi-Use Sidewalk and Trails Project

MECO was contracted by the Jefferson City Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department to plan and design a new sidewalk trail system. Under the expert direction of Scott E. Vogler, PE, the comprehensive 22,000 LF sidewalk and trail system was developed.

Master Planning | Silex R-1 School District, Silex, MO

MECO Engineering is in the process of preparing a Master Plan for proposed site improvements at the Silex School. Work on the Master Plan is underway at this time. The Master Plan will identify requirements and design elements to complete the scope of work listed below, including cost estimates for each listed item. Ball Fields, Sports Lighting, Bus Maintenance Building, Paving for Parking Lots, Track, Supporting Concession/ Storage Building, Playground Improvements.

Hannibal School District #60, Mark Twain Elementary

Site Survey (Topographic) / Sanitary Sewer Extension / Site Development and Grading Plan / Construction Phase Services MECO provided the topographic survey of the existing Mark Twain Elementary School as a sub-consultant to Architechnics,
