CLARENCE CANNON WHOLESALE WATER COMMISSION

Stoutsville, Missouri

Design of 4.5 MGD Surface Water Treatment Plant (original plant); One million gallon ground storage tank.  The CCWWC provides wholesale water to municipalities and water districts throughout Northeast Missouri.

MARION COUNTY, MISSOURI

Veterans Road - Phases 1, 2 and 3 of the North/South Connector Road; 3.24 miles of concrete roadway with asphalt shoulders. The Marion County Commission held a Groundbreaking Ceremony for Phase 3 November 7, 2005.  A Ribbon cutting and dedication of Phase 3 was conducted November 12, 2007 to open the last phase of the roadway, providing a north-south connector route from Route W to Paris Gravel Road. 

MECO Engineering is the County Engineer for Marion County.

CITY OF HANNIBAL, MISSOURI

Mark Twain Area Restoration Projects (Phases 1-6)

Hiking and biking trails, overlooks, fountain, trailhead/welcome center, beautification, signage, historical lighting.

CITY OF RUSHVILLE, ILLINOIS

Brick Street Restoration Project -  Dedication Ceremony

HIGHWAY 63 EXPANSION; Macon to Kirksville, Missouri

Topographic survey, boundary surveys, aerial control, and record research of 22-mile corridor for expansion to four-lane highway.
